1st step... 250 gm paalak (Spinach) le lien usko saaf kar ke achche se paani se dhul kar ek taraf rakh dien. Ab hum 2 se 4 cup aataa (Wheat flour) lengy aur usme paalak ko baareek kaat lengy, isme namak, aur ajwain bhi shaamil kar lien. 2nd Step... Ab hum paani se aaty ko goondh lengy aur thoada sa aata munh me le kar taste kar lengy agar namak kam hua toh aur shaamil kar lengy. 3rd Step... Ab iss aatey ko roti ko tarah bel kar hum tawa pe fry kar lengy oil kam hi lien ye hamari sehet ke liye behadd zaroori hai Aur ye hamare mazzedaar paalak ke paraathe taiyyar hain.
